I've been studying French with Marc for more than two months and my French has improved quite a lot with his help. Marc is a very patient and charismatic mentor who constantly makes sure that you are confident about yourself which is quite essential when one's learning to speak a new language. He always encourages me to speak French with more confidence and tries to get me to talk more by bringing up interesting subjects in our conversations during our lessons. I had my first lesson with Marc this morning, and I have to say I am thrilled to continue to work with him on a regular basis. Not to mention he is a knowledgeable and attentive teacher, he is incredibly flexible with lesson location and time. Although I only had one lesson so far, I can already tell that Marc has all the most important qualities that a great language teacher needs: patience, discipline, personality, and passion. He is also a very interesting person who has plenty of things to talk about for fun yet profound conversations (in French, of course), which I think is the key to mastering any foreign language.
